The annnal ineeting of the Washtenaw Oonnty Agrioultaral Society -was held in the snpervi&ors' room at thu conrt hoase on Toesday morniug. Tbe attendanoe was large and the auuual reports of the officers showed a very encooraging oonditiou uf affairs. After paying all the expenses üf the fair held in September and soiüe back debts there ir still a good balance in the treasury. The plans proposed for the fotnre are snoh as to enconrage the belief that this prosperity will be continuad. The amendments rslative to holding the anunal electioD of offloers at the fair grounds on the last day of the fair each year and to change he name of the soi-iety to the Washtenaw Fair Society were adopted. The following offloers were eleoted for the ensuing year: President, J. F. Avery; vioe president, Benj. D. Kelly; seuretary, F. E. Mills; treasnrer, F. H. Belser. A board of managers waa ulso chosen as follows: William Aprill, P. Tnomev. H. P. Finley. Soio; Fred Chapiu, E. E Leiand, Nortbfiald ; J. H. Andrews, Pittsfield; W. E. Boyden, Webster; I. P. Savory, Lima; B. D. Geer, Superior; H. P. Glover, Ypsilanti; E. Helber, M. Seybold, Wm. Stookiug, Sid V. AíiJlard, O. M. Martiu, Henry Richards, A. J. Sawyer, Bart Schnmacher, Anu Arbor oity; John Keppler, Fred B. Brann, Wru. Bird, Aun Arbor town.
