TJpon motion Mr. Keech acted as president pro tem. Mr. Keech moved that the Engineer prepare plans and estímate for the pavement in the Washington st. District, also to determine if a majority of the property owners petitioned for the improvement. Yeas- Mr. Mclntyre, Keech- 2. Nays- None. Mr. Mclntyre moved that the engineer prepare plans and speciflcations for building the storm sewer on Washington st. between Main and Fifth ave. and that the clerk advertise for bids for building the same. Mr. Keech moved that the Board adjourn to inspect the improvement of Main st. with the Engineer and Aldermen present. Yeas- Pres. Smith, Mclntyre, Keech o Nays - None. Mr. Keech moved that the contractor be directed to repair the settle in the pavement at the corner of Huron st also tar around the switches or the street railway rails. Yeas- Pres. Smith, Mclntyre, Keech -3. Nays- None. Mr. Keech moved that the Board ac cept the contract of Wm. J. Claucy n Pavement District Nos. 1 and 2 and recommend the final estimate to tn Council for approval. Yeas - Pres. Smith, Mclntyre, Keecb -3. Nays- None. On motion the Board adjourned. Uien V. The minutes of October 5th and 6th ead and approved. Mr. Keech moved that the report of Sngineer relative to lhe pavement on Washigton st. be received and placed on file. Yeas - Pres. Smith, Mclntyre, Keech- 3. Nays- None. Mr. Keech moved that the Board ask or an appropriation for $350 to buy white or swarnp oak plank to cover 3r idge No. 1 and for building crossvalks and culvert boxes. Yeas- Pres. Smith, Mclntyre, Keech Nays- None. Mr. Keech moved that the Board reommend to the council the 5 per cent u,e Hutzel&Co. in Sewer District No. Yeas- Pres. Smith, Mclntyre, Keech -3. Nays- None. Mr. Mclntyre moved that the clerk dvertise for bids for repairing the walk in front of the private hospital n W. Huron st. Yeas- Pres. Smith, Mclntyre, Keech -3. Nays- None. Mr. Mclntyre moved that the Board eeommend to the Council the ex;ension of the drain on Detroit st. Yeas- Pres. Smith, Mclntyre, Keech -3. Nays- None. On motion the Board adiourned. City Clerk.
