John Burke, a Northñeld farmer, was knocked clown on Detroit street Monday uight by three foot-pads, who hit him with a slung shot. A lady who saw the occurrence screamed for help and also was knocked over. Fred Wallace carne upon the scène and the highwaymen suddenly left.
