From the New York Herald. The movement to organize a coneerative party, in opposition alike toradcal republicnnistn and copperhead ernocracy, s daily growing in importanoe. The preüminary meeting of the democratie national committees sood to take place in the West, recently mentioned in this correspondence, is only a part of the programmo. Another consultation is expecled to be held within a few days, either in New York Gr at Newport, in wbich ii is expocted that Mr. Fillmore, Washington Hunt and Thurlow Weed, will particípate. The aspect of our domestie and foreign affaire causes great uneasiness to the leading conservativo men of all partiei, and a detormination is tnanifesled to perfect an organization which will be sulEciently powerfnl to control the con duet of the government hereatter. The meetings alluded to are simply for deliberation, but there are abundant maniffBtations that prominent men of al! of the parties ot 1860 will be brought togethèr in the oew orgaiza tion about to be made.
