The Overland Stago Company has removed all its agents, stock and coachos to this post for protection. There is not a white inhabitant betwcen here and Denver. All have fled to poste for protection. The country around Denver is swarming with hostile Indians, and the road between hero and Omaha is almost eutirelv dcscrted by whites, cxcept at two fortified posts. Uolumbus and Fort Curtis. Gen. Curtis had a conference with the chiefs of the Pawnee tribes, who agreed to assist him fighliug the hostile Iudians.
