LiTTLE Rock, Ark., July 11. The Democratie Stato Central and Congressional Distriot Coinmittees adjourned to-day. Resolutions were adopted as folIow8: Opposing the calling of a. Stato Convention till the ïiational Democratie Coramitteo should cali for a National Democratie Convention ; disclaiiniug the right to make a platform, but recommending to the people the carnest consideration of the address of the Democratie members of Congress and the platforms of the Democraey of Ohio and Pennsylvania, as embodying the living issues upon which a national campaign should bê made ; opposin all secret political organizations as being destrUCtive to tho best interests of society, and oommending to the people protection of the rights of all citizens irrespective of race, color and previous condition ; but while doing this we ghall earnestly demand our own rights by all legitímate means, calling on the people of the State to give a cordial support to all Democratie papers, and indorsing the course of Hon. J. M. Hanks as members of Congress.
