NOTICE Of a. Special Term of tlic Circuit Court t'or tlic C'ouuty of AVaslttcnaw. STATE OF MICHIGAN, "Washtenaw County, ss. Whereas it appears to me neceasary that a Special Terra of the Circuit Court for said county should be held for the transaction of the general business pendding in said court: Thereíore, a Special Term of said court is hereby ordered, in pursuance of the statute in such case made and provided ; and notice is hereby given to all persona having business pending in aaid court, nnd to their respective attomeye, Bolicitors, and counselors, thnt a special term of said court will be begun and held at the Court House, in said county, on the FIRST TUESDAY OF APRIL next ensuing, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day, and to be continued from day to day as may be lound necessaiy for the transction of the general business of said court : And it is further ordered that the Clerk of this court cause a copy of this order and notice to be published both in the Peninsular Courier and Family Yisitant and in the Michigan Argus, for four succesaivo weeks, once in each week, to eommence on Friday, the 27th instant, in each of said papers. Mallory to John N. Gott, bearing date the sixteenth day of September, a. d. 1872, and 'recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county of "Washtenaw and State of Michigan, on the ninth day of October, a. d. 1872, in Liber forty-nine of mortgages on page two hnndred and ninety nine, which said mortgage was duly assigned by John N. Gott to Samuel P. Jewett, and by Samuel P. Jewett to Christian Mack and Frederic Schmid,and by reason of said aefault the power of sale in said mortgage having become operative, and tbere being claimed to be duo and owing on said mortgage a.nd the bond accompanying the aame at the date of this notice, the sum of one tbousand seven hundred and fifty-six dollars and twenty-nine cents t$l,756.29), together with an attorney's fee oftifty dollars, provided for in said. mortgage, and no ëuit or proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover said amount or any part thereof : Notice is therefore hereby given tbat on Saturday, the twenty-third day of May, a. d. 1874, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon of said day, at the south door of the Court HoU8etinthe city of Ann Arbor (said Court House being the place for holding the Circuit Court for the county of Washtenaw}, therewillbe sold by virtue of the power of sale coníained in said mortgage, at public auction to the highestjbidder, the premises described in said mortgnge, f)r so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the amount due and ptyable on aaid mortgage, together with the interest, costs, charges and expenses allowed byli'w, and provided for in said mortgage, that is to say : All that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the city of Ann Arbor, county aforesaid.known, bounded, and described as follows, to wit : Commencing at a point in the north line of Huron street, in the city of Ann Arboi aforesaid, eiyht rods und eighteen inches west of the west line of D. Mclntyre's land and running tlience north parallel with said west line of said Mclntyro's land twelve rods, thence west parallel with Huron street to tho east line of Mann street, theuce south twelve rods to the corner of Mann and Huron streets, thence east to the place of beginning.
