Special Session Of The Board Of Supervisors

County Clerk Tuite, having been petitioned ty the requisita number of supervisors, has oalled a special session of the board to be held in this city uext Wednesday, for the purpose of taking into consideration the matten related in the petition. Thelollowing is a copy of the petition upon whioh the cali is made : We the undersigned, Supervisors in and for Washtenaw couuty, State of Michigan, deern it advisable for the best interest of the oouuty that tliere should be a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors, to take into consideration the Northiield ditch taz, for the purpose of procuring a special act during the present session of the Legislature, for the settlement of that claini- said special act to empower the Board of Supervisors to order the County Drain Commissioner, to make a new survey of the said Northfieid ditch, and re-assess the expense of said ditch upon the land benefited by the conBtruction ot said ditch. We recommend that a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors be called on Wednesday, ths 17th day of February, 1876, at Ann Arbor in the county of Washtenaw, átate oí Michigan.
