Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Rosiua Nagel, forraerly Kosina Miller, incompetent. Leonhard Gruner, (f uardian of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render hia final account as such Guardian. At a session of the Probate Court for the county oí' Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the twentysixth day of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy tive. Present, Noah W. Cheever, Judge of Probate. In the matter of fhe estáte of George 8. Armstrong, deceased. Newton Sheldon, Ëxecutor of Baid estáte, comes into court atd represents that he ia now prepaied to render his seconu aocount as such executor. DEPAUIjT having been made in the conditions of a eertain mortgage, whereby the power to sell therein contained, has become operative, executed by Charles Holmes, Jr., and Francés A. Holmes, his wife, of the city of Ypsilanti, Washtenaw county, Michigan, to Ellen J. Whitman, of the same place, dated the flfteenth day of November, A. D. 1867, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deed tor the county ot Washtenaw, in the State of Michigan, in liber thirty-seven of mortgage 8, page 74'i, which mortgage was afterwards aangnea by the said Kllen J. Whitman to Anne Meriiott, of Pittsfield, Washtenaw county, Michigan, which assienmeut bears dato the tonth day of March, A. D. 18T1, and is recorded in said Regieter'a office, in liber 3, asaignment of mor tirades, page 52, up n which mortgage there Ís claimed to be due at the date of thia notice the sum of one thousand four hundred and aixty-nine dollars and sixty-one centa, principal and interest, and also the further sum of twenty-five dollars for an attorney's fee as pi'ovided in said mortgage, and no suit or proceeding at law having been instituted to recover any part thereof : Notice is therefore, hereby given, that by virtue of tlie power of sale coniamed in said niortgage, I shall sell at public anotion, to the hurhest bidder, on Haturday, the fourteenthday of August, A.
