E Frazer, Esq., addressod the Chelsea Retorm Club on Mouday evening last. 81,000 were subsciibed toward a Eed Ribbon Hall, and the Club hope to erect a hall at a cost of from f3,000 to #4,000. - The Woman's Christian Temperanee Uuion tor th'.s Conressiouai district will meet in convontion at Dexter on Wednesilay, Sept. i, at 11 o'clock a. m., the sessions to continue during two days. Papera will be preaented upou topics of interest and disonssiou invitad. Ou Weduesday evening a uiass meeting will be held, to be addressed by able speakers. Each Unioa in tr.ft district is iuvited to send delegates.
