Appropriations For The Fair

Washington City, March 3.- The conferrees on the sundry civil bilí have reached a fiaal agreement. The appropriations for the World's fair are decreased by $2,000 from the amount allowed by the house. The house provisión appropriating Ï350,000 for the government exhibit is retained, and $95,500 is provided for the expenses of the national commission, $36,000 to be expended for the expenses of the board of lady managers.
