This full day workshop will teach you everything needed to get your ham radio license, and you can take the exam to get your license at the end!

There is no charge for this event, which will be led by ham radio expert Dan Romanchik.

Owl Mania!

Whoo whoo whoo! Have you ever seen an owl or heard one calling at night?

Owls are amazing creatures—come learn about them at the library! Educators from Leslie Science and Nature Center will bring live owls to the library to show off and you'll learn about how owls fly, hunt, and care for their young.Then, you'll have the chance to dissect owl pellets to figure out what the owl who produced that pellet might have eaten recently!

Fall Leaf Creatures

We'll go on a short walk to gather fall leaves and then create adorable leaf creatures on construction paper!
