DEXTER BOY PUTS ORPHAN RABBIT ON MILK DIET: Two baby rabbits that lost their parents in a grass fire in Dexter the other day were adopted by Junior and Roger Williams, sons of Mr. and Mrs. William Williams of Dexter. Estimated to be about a week old, the tiny rabbits refused to eat lettuce and were put on a milk diet. They were fed with an eye dropper first and now are thriving on milk from a bottle with a nipple. One of them bit the end off the nipple on an early feeding. Junior Williams is feeding one of the orphans in the above picture; the other ran away while the picture was being taken.
