Will Compete In Tournament: This team of women bowlers, representing the Evergreen Tavern, left for Chicago today to compete in the Chicago American tournament now in progress in the Windy City. In the picture, left to right, are Mildred Burgett, Marie Cartwright, Mable Reddeman, Ethel La Cross, Estelle Figg and Nettlie Gunnell. The Evergreen team was accompanied on its trip by a five representing Kleis Coca Cola. Helen Mayer, Thryra Mayer, Lillian Weber, Emma Pratt and Vera Besch are members of this second squad.

Individual winners in the Ann Arbor Women's Bowling Tournament got their share of trophies. Marty Gilgallon (seated center), who also had the all-events handicap at 1,965 and the high handicap game at 694, and Helen Holmes (seated right) took the doubles handicap at 1,317. Sara Bandrofchak (seated left) and Thelma Beck won the doubles actual at 1,100. Sharon Binkowski (standing right) won the singles handicap at 676 and Marci Wadhams (standing left), who took the all-events actual on 1,767, got the singles actual series on 618. Ruby West (standing center) had the high actual game of 258 and the high handicap game of 293. The News presented the trophies.
