CAKE GRAB - One-year-old Jacqueline Borders already has a mouthful of birthday cake, but she's not done eating yet, as Paul Reiber (right) is about to find out. The scene took place Tuesday at the Chuck E. Cheese Pizza Time Theatre in Ann Arbor, where a group of kids got together to celebrate their first birthdays. The children were all born within a few weeks of each other, and their parents - who went through natural childbirth classes together - organized the party.

Sober Reflections On New Year's Morn. Actually, the Anderson twins of 615 Miner St., who are shown above primping for the celebration today of their joint fourth New Year's Birthday, are seldom as sober or reflective as the photograph might have you believe. Usually they are the vibrant life of the neighborhood. Penny (right) and her twin brother, Phillip, are the children of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Anderson. An older sister, Juanita, is accompanist for the Ann Arbor High School orchestra and a capella choir, and an older brother, James jr., plays on the high school football team. Fifth of the children is Wallace. The three older are all talented musicians.
